My two sons Lance (15) and Grant (12) had to test the Ranchero for 15 minutes. Forward and reverse. Engine got 0 km. They did it with a smile. :D :D

Hi guys

Tell me, what are these called in Australia. I've been searching the web like mad, nothing comes up. My friend and I spotted one looking like this http://www.moby302.co.za/photo/ford/197 ... cab_re.JPG
in Johannesburg. I wanted to get more pics of this from Google Australia, I tried Ranchero 1975, Falcon Ranchero, etc, nothing helped, the closest was the xb Falcon, but I never got pics of this 1975 beast. It's mostly the American Rancheros that do appear. Anyone has more information on this car, pics, specs, etc,?

In Australia and New Zealand the word would be Ute for a Ranchero/El Camino type of vehicle. Our (LHD) Rancheros and Elkys are technically car based pickup trucks.

Here in the USA 'Ute' refers to a specific tribe of American Indians

Thank you. I did and I was successful, but i can hardly find the 1975 double cab version. Was this limited edition? Do you perhaps have any pics of this?
