Restomod or Original Restore

Okay I've got a question. I'm considering to have an electric fan conversion done to my Granada MK1? Any pros or cons to doing this? The car have always had a bit of an issue not wanting to sit at ideal to long after it has been driven as it will start to build up heat pretty fast. Therefore I avoid...

Hi Guys Hope someone can point me in a direction of one of these or someone that have a seal kit for these or an alternative suggestion. The one I have leaked like crazy so took it to a local Hydraulic shop who tried to source the seals for me but struck out. Now I'm left with a rack that is totally...

Propshaft rubber joint (doughnut): Ford Granada Mk1

Hi I'm looking for a Propshaft rubber joint (doughnut): Ford Granada Mk1 (1975). Was hoping someone here might have one or could point me in the direction where I can try my luck to get one or if there is a modern equivalent that would work. Been to the local parts stores but none have the part and ...

Re: Granada Coupe (motivation for c-k)

Well I went to Eduardo's today and found the coupe just about were you said it would be :) Unfortunately the car is to far gone in my opinion/for my ability. All the badges have been striped, engine, gearbox all gone interior is not worth mentioning either. Oh well should be expected right, that is ...

Re: Granada Coupe (motivation for c-k)

Say I just read that there were two types of coupe shapes as well, the standard one like Burt's and a "coke bottle" shape one. Correct me if I'm wrong but the easiest way to spot it is to look at the rear side window. The standard one's bottom forms a straight line with the front but the coke bottle...

Re: Granada Coupe (motivation for c-k)

Jip Vredenburg is only about 30km from Langebaan. The place you're talking about is Eduardos's I believe, 022 7135078. Just next to the silos and across Bandkorp ;) Think it is time I should make a plan to go dig around in the local scrapyard a bit it would seem and leave the internet scouring :mrgr...

Re: Granada Coupe (motivation for c-k)

Uhmm yes even thou I personally prefer the saloon over the coupe (probably because I grew up with the saloon shape all my life), it is motivation indeed :D Great job there, as for a Granada with flares I personally haven't seen one with them nor have I came across a picture of one with it in my goog...
