It is all open source and there is a wealth of information all over the net. RS Components stock all the parts and some literature on it, but you would be better off just ordering from eBay. A board from RS can cost 3 to 400 and the equivalent from eBay around R25 with free shipping. I am looking in...

If the car is just a solid white, 2K should be more than ample and allot simpler if you want to attempt this at home. Duco has a short life span. The windscreen rubber can only go in one way, so the rust is not due to incorrect fitment. Chances are there was an open seem or even a small bare spot. You will always have water stuck in there.
