Probably need some more detailed mechanicals to date it. Suspension type? Steering type? Brakes type? Very strange beast. Yes Morgan, Riley or even a little bit of MG type styling but much bigger car than those typical. Smiths instruments are definitely not just 70's. Company was established in 1851...
