I'm also a bit hesitant to use Unleaded, been using LRP with some valve guard in the 318 Cuda, I have a VERY heavy foot, easily killing a tank of gas on a Saturday. Pulling the heads next year for unleaded happy valve seats swop.

You must decide how much you want to do...a rolling restoration will be fixing her up bit by bit and driving it now and then. But a Stingray deserves a full resto. If it needs new paint, you have to strip the whole thing, try bagging,boxing and marking parts that came off, so you know what goes wher...

Guess what!!! My Cuda lives, been driving it up and down our quiet road that leads to the farm. It sounds awesome and goooooes. Not bad for a 318LA or for the first engine that I have ever built. Still taking it easy till rings seat, and brakes are super crap at the moment. Needs alignment as well. ...
