Ha ha, thanks Ters! Yip, BFF's.
They look like twins separated at birth. Thanks for the trim heads up. Will take note.

Re: 1967 Dodge Monaco

Planning at this stage to keep her as original as possible and need some advice please: Her windscreen is shot but I managed to source a replacement one (bloody spine chilling cost! 8O ). Anybody have experience with removing trim and replacing the windscreen? Any tips would be greatly appreciated, ...

Re: 1967 Dodge Monaco

A little bit of fuel into the carb - 4 Barrel Holley nogal - and the 383 purred on the second swing of the starter. 8)

So now the addiction has spread beyond Mustang only.

Getting her out was a major mission! Had to push and pull by hand. Had about six inches both sides and none at the back.

Re: 1980 Pontiac Trans Am Turbo

Jislaaik this looks like a cool project! 8) Congrats.

Sorry to hear about the motor woes but a rebuild makes for improved reliability and a better chance to have her as a daily driver - take your time.

Question on the speedo: Does she max out at 140km/h???
