Lovely Mustang there and what good company it will be with when you get the Capri sorted out.
All the best with your project, nice to see another Capri come back to life!

Re:RS spoiler
Hi ZA I seem to remember reading that the racing capris of the '70's were in need of some aerodinamics in order to stay ahead of the BMW's that had spiolers and wings already and the Duck tail wing was the design that was most benificial. I don't know if BG came up with the design and it was copied ...

Re: Welcome to Wez from PE
Hi Wez, I lived in Woodlands for a few years around 1975 and used to cycle to Newton Park Tech from there through the 3rd Avenue Dip as we called it back then, just off the then new William Moffett Expressway. Was murder in the afternoons with the wind in my face and a bag of books on my back. I had...

Perana louvre
Hi guys, yes this was a Perana option from BG and I had one on my Perana when I bought it. Not sure if I will refit it but have it still.
The only other Ford MK1 boot spoiler I am aware of was fitted to the facelift RS3100 (known as the duck tail spoiler) and similar to the Z181 spoiler.
Cheers

Re: Capri Mk1 Parts
Hi Wez, Paul here. I just left a greeting for you in the newbies section but managed to get it in the wrong place. It's just above you're posting.
Would you consider posting the louvre to the uk? I need a new one for my perana.
Could you send me a pic of it?
Regards
