Never managed to sort out. Eventually got a new aftermarket gauge and wired it directly.

Difficult sum to be accurate on but very Ballpark figure would be between R50k and about R80k.
It also depends on whether you're changing suspension, etc.

Hi Guys, thank you very much for the help offers! Went to our local power steering shop and looked through their whole bin of old pulleys. Found one only that was the right size diameter and then my friend (who understands a little about lathes) made up a collar to mate the pulley to the shaft. Will...
