Hi Sashafelix I agree with you, seen much worse. Pedals and wheel stud configuration supports the claim of a 289 and the VIN no as well. The rear valance lying loose looks more like a 6 Cyl but the picture is a bit unclear. You might battle bringing in a LHD and getting it on the road. Speak to the ...
