Re: Opel Rekord 2.0lt AC Schnitzer
I think you mean the Rekord Imscher. These are very rare, the last one I saw was being sold in a scrap yard in JHB. The body kit was unique and has a very different front to the regular opel. The engine was also slightly modified with a different cam shaft and in the day there was a some ECU tuning ...

Re: CKD South African built Sunbeam Tiger
Thanks for this, be interesting to see what you think! MG not in the same class! E Type another thing! In UK 1965 the Tiger was only about £200 cheaper, lot then I guess? See what you think!! Speaking about Tiger's, I am driving one in the next few weeks for an article I am writing, this one has been fully restored and is immaculate. The owners tells me "Id have this over any MG and any E type".

Re: CKD South African built Sunbeam Tiger
Wow that's a beautiful tiger!
Any pictures of the engine bay? I have always wondered about the CKD Tigers, was lucky enough to drive a 260cu original Tiger last year and well it was metaphorically like grabbing a Tiger by the tale....very exciting to drive.
302 would make a Tiger a monster....
