Re: For all the guys/girls aged under 30 - Focus group poll

As you can say, this car may be stealing the show and kill their sales! The Promo does not include the rich heritage of Chevrolet!

Where the whole thing started in South Africa

The "A" frame Chevrolet was the car that was perfect for a bigger engine (Remember the Z16 SS with a 396cid engine). The 65 Malibu is low, wide and sticks to the road like gum! 8) The models like the Mustang, Corvette and similar do not reflect the saloon/sedan cars 65 Malibu Smaltown First Show.JPG

The Automatic box on a Ranger fastback as standard is unique and could be very valuable! Remember anything non-standard reduces the value of the vehicle.

Re: 1965 Chevrolet Malibu Chevelle

Looking for these: http://www.hubcaps.org/cgi-bin/shopper. ... key=chv966

The hubcaps cost more to import from the US than buying a new set of mags (on the Car). I am trying to do a local deal/swap

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3134416 (To view the Malibu) 1965 I was a Specifications Clerk working at the General Motors South Africa plant in Port Elizabeth. This particular Malibu was unique in having a factory painted white top on a red body. This was a "special" and when 43 years later I saw ...

Re: Other Racing BMW's

I am not surprised as Bernie broke my heart in 1965 when he had a Cortina Mk1 prototype pick-up broken up at Ford in PE.
