CHEVROLET KOMMANDO KICK-DOWN MEGANISM

I am still searching for a little mechanism,attached to the arm that works to the carb , and this little mechanism

pulls the cable which activates the kick down in the gearbox.


My 1971 Kommando has the 250 engine which is similar to those in the El Camino and Constantia of the time.


All help or information where I can search will be very helpful and appreciated.

Dit werk met n meganisme vanaf die lang 'arm' wat na die vergasser gaan. Aan die meganisme is n

n kabel wat ratkas toe gaan.

Ek gaan so gou moontlik n foto plaas.

Aan die bokant is die lang 'arm' wat deurloop na die vergasser.Net ongeveer waar die 'arm' verby die 'brakebooster'

loop is die' kickdown' meganisme.Die klein arm is daar maar n konneksie verder af is nie daar nie.

Hullo Kavesh, The Part That Johan Wepener is looking for is can be seen on your dad's Chev! Can you Take a photo please. I can look for or make one!
It is the kick down rod from the throttle lever down to the carb! The rod is adjustable! has clip-on fittings similar to the first one your left!
