various parts needed for Ford 302W

Post by IbanezRG » Mon 24 Sep 2018, 11:11

Hi all,

I'm looking for below parts:

- diff for my Ford Capri to handle the 302w, would be nice to get one I can just install and don't have to modify or build. I have the current diff which I thing is original one from the 2L capri. I also have what I think is a Ranchero diff. Willing to trade both.
- 4 barrel Holley 600cfm + inlet manifold
- exhaust headers
- engine mountings to fit the 302w into my Capri
- shifter for C4 auto box

Just check the 2L diff, if it has a M75 plate you should be good, I have seen fair amount of gents using the M75 with the 2JZ Turbo engine pushing 800Hp.

Cortina, Capri and some bakkies had the M75

Would probably be cheaper to have the diff checked and mayb ratio change at Gearmax

Thanks for the advise Marnus,I'll have a look at the diff this weekend.

Just an update on the above. I did manage to find a Holley + manifold. Decided to use my stock cast iron exhaust manifolds.
