I was told that a trans am unit will work. I was also told that you might have ls centres that one could possibly modify to fit?

I'm thinking about pulling out my LS with 2.73 gears out of my buick and putting a normal 12 bolt with 3 something ratio.Even with a low ratio my buick runs 2 black stripes anywhere with ease but the problem is I get very bad hop when cornering.
I have one anti hop bracket but need another one.The nice thing about an LS is when you turn a corner and floor it the ass slides and it looks good

If it goes,I'll let you know.it's a 12 bolt GM stock LS diff.just want to check my options first as I might just keep it in and up the ratio a bit.
