Same here Tiaan,

I got the dreaded call from work at 12:30pm, That's why I made sure I could get there on the Friday as well.

1/2 a day of racing is better than none at all.

Will post some pic's and video later

Hi guys,

Good to meet so many of you there.

I spent Wednesday afternoon, 2 Hours on Thursda, most of Friday (sunburn!) and Saturday 06h00 till 20h00 there. Best R100.00 entrance fee I have spent in ages.

Saw may awesome cars and bikes. Met many, many interesting people including Sarel v.d. Merwe and David Piper. I took about 1500 photos, which now need sorting, and cropping. All in all an amazing experience.

I will post photos on the web once I have a decent Internet connection. Things are a bit rough in Brits NW.

cheers

Hi Guys, what a great weekend, Zwarties on Sat.. pity I never met up with anyone :? and then MPH on Sunday :D
Anyway..
Gavin, saw your Cosworth hiding behind the garages.
John tried your phone several times Fri and Sat but no luck.
Better luck next time?
Also took lots of photos and Videos, will try to post some.
I was sitting next to an "Old" retired bloke who was taking heaps of photos of the races, he was telling me he has been taking photos of races around SA and Rhodesia for about 40 odd years and has thousands on file.. I gave him this web site, so hope he responds with some postings.
Cheers for now

Hi Gavin

Hope that guy you spoke to can join the site, he must have loads of info..

The Cosworth behind the sheds in the pits was Gert's car (Redracers dad)it is a 1989 Import UK spec, much darker red than mine.
