Hi Mohammed

If your v6 does in fact have hydraulic lifters and you used those clearances then it would definitely be noisy.Turn your engine until no. 1 cylinder floats (both valves closed).Tighten your lash adjuster until you feel slight resistance on the pushrod when turning it between your thumb and index finger. Now tighten it another eighth of a turn.Repeat for all cylinders following your engine's firing order.Done.
*N.B. Please make sure that you do have hydraulic lifters before you do this. Some of the later 3.4's came with solid lifters(silver tappet cover) and if you use this method with solids you will definitely have problems.

Hope this helps
