The Electramotive 280zx made 385+bhp, naturally aspirated, with a redline of over 13,000rpm. Stock crank with a cross-drill and gally mod, gas nitrided. Iskederian race cam. Forged rods and pistons. Arp rod bolts intended for a BBC.
Nou pra jy.

How do you get a L28 to spin at 13000rpm?

Everything gets balanced and blueprinted to the last microgram. The stock Datsun crank is a forged item, it's bulletproof. Even the rocker arms get balanced.
It helps that it's an inline 6, they are very very smooth.
