I have a lot of old Valiant Road Tests, maybe you would like to build up some sort of archive?

Hi Fanie, I love your Chrysler. I am looking for a windscreen for my 1978 Chrysler. Cheers Rassie.

Hi Rassie

Your windscreen is the same one that has been used since the introduction of the "Fast or Fat" body valiants - any val 74 upwards - VIP Rebel, Regal, Dodge SE, Chrysler SE and so on will work - I do Have an old one that is delaminating - and can be used as a template for a gang here in JHB it will set you back 4500 but then you OWN the mold and can charge other for the use of it

I actually got a new windscreen through PG Glass about 7 Years ago....

Please give me a shout if you need anything - BTW the 318 LA - did you do the conversion or did you buy it like that?

I want to get a Chrysler and Valiant Owners club going - our cars are rare enough

I must say I like these old Valiants and Chryslers. Your look particularaly good.

There were so many of them running in the streets in the old days. I wonder what happened to them? Pobably ended up the way my Cressida did last Friday - as a bloody taxi!!!
