I have a lot of old Valiant Road Tests, maybe you would like to build up some sort of archive?

Would be much appreciated I am in th LONG procces of compiling a book on the SA Valiant and its convoluted history
Any and all help will be appreciated
Thanx for the comment on the cars - at this stage they are both on stands as I am restoring the suspensions and resealing the underbody - hell off a messy job but worth it
Will post pics after this weekend

Hi RassieRASSIE wrote:Hi Fanie, I love your Chrysler. I am looking for a windscreen for my 1978 Chrysler. Cheers Rassie.
Your windscreen is the same one that has been used since the introduction of the "Fast or Fat" body valiants - any val 74 upwards - VIP Rebel, Regal, Dodge SE, Chrysler SE and so on will work - I do Have an old one that is delaminating - and can be used as a template for a gang here in JHB it will set you back 4500 but then you OWN the mold and can charge other for the use of it
I actually got a new windscreen through PG Glass about 7 Years ago....
Please give me a shout if you need anything - BTW the 318 LA - did you do the conversion or did you buy it like that?
I want to get a Chrysler and Valiant Owners club going - our cars are rare enough
