It's a Capri, guy in the UK modified it to his liking, not sure if Mk1,2,3 . Was a write up on one of the overseas forums quite awhile ago...

Yes, it is a Mk3 Capri.
In real life it is a beautiful car. Despite the face that coupes can be incredibly difficult to chop while still keping good proportions, this car looks looks stunning.
