Correct answer

He won two sports car champs '66 and 67, one in the Cobra and one in the McLaren Elva.

He may even have won an Off Raod championship.

Not to mention his SA land speed record of 178mph.

Quite a boykie.....

If I was King of World Motor Sport, I would make sure every class of racing had one main rule. The engine must be more powerful than the tyres can handle - ie over-powered and under-tyred. All racing would then look like these pics and the crowds would be back!
