Citadel Miniatures Chaos Knight (You won't find any 3D files for it, it's proprietary). Buuutttt it could probably be scanned if the scanner was high-enough res.

Take a look at what this oke is doing: www.lasercutcard.co.za

He offers scenery kits cut out of 1.5mm cardboard, which work well but aren't very robust in my opinion. If you can develop a series of modular scenery kits for fantasy and dystopian sci-fi you could make a buck or three.
