80mm elbow/tubing

Hi folks
Where might I source a short piece of 80mm Outside-Diameter (not 76mm) thin-wall tubing, or a joiner, or a 90degree bend/elbow, can be of aluminium, steel, PVC, preferably with beads rolled on the ends?
