Rand is very weak at the moment and a set of springs from down under will cost me R5.5K!!!

Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hey Glen, actually not.
The NA Falcon motor was less of an alcoholic than my previous ST with the 5 cylinder Volvo motor and was quicker!
Not sure about this I will compare it to my 2013 ST.
Then again I'm gonna run a couple of mods on the turbo engine so I guess it will have to go to AA meetings!

G, this build is awsome man. I want to go for a ride in it when its finished. i drove a Terrori-St........(now that will be a cool personlaised plate Terrori-St WP) and was impressed with the torque and accleration. with your manual tranny, its going to be a bitch of a car.

Hey Alvin,
Thanks bro. Will definitely pop ast when its sorted so you can take a spin in it.
We'll see how it pulls seeing the car is about half the weight of the Territory.
That's a cool idea for a reg.

Cheers

G, what happened to the merc brakes setup that u said u fitted? do u still have it?
you must try and hook up with Shaun with the Falcon V8. Hes got a 331cu in the Tickford Falcon and thats another excellent conversion. i will get u his number.

Hi Alvin,
I passed the merc setup on to one of the guys that helped me. He fitted it to his Sierra.
Is Shaun the guy that got the red Falcon XR6 which he bought from Thabiet?
If so then i have seen this car. It's very impressive.

Ciao,

That is indeed one MAD Saphire, it is good to see that some of us can build cars, there are OTHERS OUT THERE that would be safer (for them and for others around them on the "drag strip") buying cars or getting others that know how to do the work for them..

Keep up the good work, really looking good :)

Thank you bud.
I do almost everything myself as far as I can. Building a car yourself makes you understand things better and most importantly is the fact that you grow with it.

Hi guys,
Finally had some time tonight to tinker around with my headache.
Positioned the engine in it's proper place and also aligned it.
Cross member was altered but still slightly off.
Will get it sorted tomorrow and post pics when im happy with it.
Also got my intercooler. Its a bit small but I have little choice as space is a limitation.
Will post pics tomorrow.
Alvin thanks for the info. I always bug you at odd times. ;)
