Cortina Cobra

Does anyone know anything about a Mk4/5 Ford Cortina "Cobra", or "Cobra performance package" for the Cortina? Was it a performance conversion from a particular Ford dealer?
I've heard that it was a package from Steyn's Ford, any truth to that?
Saw this on Gumtree, the car carries a "Cobra" sticker, where perhaps an Interceptor sticker might have been.
