Morning P

The 38 weber conversion was done to a Chev Constantia 4.1
The fuel gauge has not been working for a year now. On Saturday we soldered on tip of the point of the float gauge a small blob of solder which had worn down abit.Still did not work then found the flat black wire between top of float and sensor was broken. Soldered a new wire on and measued the resistence when lifting and lowering float arm works perfect.
Now we can can ride without holding our breath.
Give that man a BELLS.

Oom Johan, I just read all 3 pages! :D Amazing, wonderfull and very educational. So much knowledge and
"know how" to be shared on this forum. I will never try to copy the technical info explained in these great
memories....but love reading about it!

There are so many great older technical threads archived on the forum, could someone bump them
to present, or post a thread with links?

Ters.

ps. I was born in the wrong era... :(
