Hello all
Hi guys,
My name is Marco, and I blame my father for turning me into a complete petrol head.
Growing up I have fond memories of the old man building up a mean Dodge D100 van with a 308 chevy powerplant, numerous opel manta's powered by V8's or V6's, chev 4.1's, you name it, the old man would fix, build, modify, spend oodles of cash, and just be an all out mad man (he even dropped a 350 into a colt bakkie not so long ago).
Im what you'd call a laaitjie (24years of age), but have a great appreciation for the faster things in life I've had my fair share of fun with the 4cylinders, turbos, throttles, computer boxes, and i believe nows the time to progress to something a tad more mature, maybe even something "low and slow". Hence me joining the site. I believe in the rolling thunder, leaking carbs, vinyl seats, and straight pipes.
Cheers

Howzit Clint,
Im up in JHB. Im currently in the market, looking for something different, ie, rambler 550 2 door sedan, '69 rekord coupe, opel gt, opel manta, 69 barracuda, basically anything at the right price, not too rare, yet not too common.
