Hey, How does one go about insuring an older car? For eg. I want to insure my Cortina, how do I go about establishing replacement value?

Try the motorcycle insurance outfits (I can't remember who I insured my boneys with, but you can ask around the local bike forums). Long story short, the outfit I used don't insure according to market value, but according to what you say the asset is worth (and kak and betaal accordingly on your premium).

Whats youre need and how often do you drive it?

Maybe go with normal third party, theft at nominal R50 bucks a month.
