carb jets for 38 weber

Hi to all,

I need some help on jet sizes on 38 weber for my cortina v6,

On the motor I went from 8.9:1 to 10.5:1 on compression and full balance all rotating parts.
Heads went for port/polish and gas flowed.
Swap the 79R cam for a 83R cam.

So need some advice on jets size, currently 145 main and 210 air
