That Stanger car will be completely VROT, if the visible rust is as bad as that! I am dumbstruck at the asking price! 8O

People think they are doing the right thing at the coast by putting the car under a tarpaulin...it becomes a cocooned, sweaty moisture trap and the car rots away twice as quickly..

Agree, red car looks shamefully buggered, but could be a great donor car though, bar the price.

White car looks decent on pics, but sounds like an more informed forum member with expertise turns it down. Please elaborate why?

It looked fairly neat and had a decent interior but needed a lot things sorted out and at the asking price it wasn't worth it to spend more ...

That white thing is an abortion. Wouldnt pay more than R200k for it as most of the work needs to be redone.

Frikkie Foose resto, orange engine, oriental plaza carpets and covered dash pad, aluminium radiator ripped off another car, front suspension that looks like a dog pissing. Gearbox doesnt engage gears...doors that sag when you open them and unless you pick them up you cant close them again. And best of it no papers....

R285k my ass.

Gerardo I think R200k is ridiculous for a car without papers that has been badly restored. If you have to redo a lot of stuff you can rather buy a unrestored/cheap car and do it all right.
