Is it possible to get replacement import body parts (looking at that door, eish) for these old cars? Or will it have to be repaired?

For these cars you can import everything and anything from the States, even a complete shell. They are very popular.

yes at R14.50/US$1 as of today if you are buying Dollars, you need to get it cheap for it to make any sense.
