Louwman Museum Netherlands

Post by barrydorr » Fri 10 Jun 2016, 13:07

My Parents just let me know they are in a museum in the the Netherlands, check out the collection they have (it is in dutch, but click on the little flag in top right corner to translate to English)
Cars from 1886 and up!
If you click on each car a little history comes with it

The museum dates back to 1934 and now comprises over two hundred and fifty antique and classic motor cars. Connoisseurs consider it to be one of the most beautiful private collections in the world.
My Toys:
1974 Opel Manta 1900 DL
2008 Mitsubishi Outlander

1972 Toyota Corona MKII 1600 - Bakkie (SOLD)
1991 Opel Kadett GSi 2lt-16V Superboss (SOLD)

My parents still live in the Netherlands and so is my brother, I go if i can every 2nd year to visit them. But I should go every year.

This car museum in Den Haag (The Hague), i googled the museum related to you in-laws but it shows to be on Ameland not Terschelling ??

They actually bought me a little present too at the museum, a scale model of a Opel GT :) and a Opel Record P1 (Olympia)

Looks like Sorgdrager Museum has changed islands, it is now on Ameland, next island to the east.
