Hi guys.
Just want to know where could I find information on the Chev 4100?
I have tried looking for info on the internet but seemingly don't find anything.
Even photos of the Chev 4100/3800/2500 are few and far between.
I understand that these were made for the SA market back in the day but surely there must be websites or fan clubs around the world.
Please advise guys.
Thank u in advance.

I have a Chevrolet 3800 engine fitted to my 1969 Land Rover. Great engines. I have recently rebuilt the engine. This was a popular conversion in the 1970s and 1980s. I have a repair manual for the Chevrolet 2500, 3800, 4100. So if you need any of that information I can assist to a degree.

The Chev 2500/3800/4100 were extremely popular in the RSA. Typical the era of rugby, sunshine and Chevrolet.
The 4100 version of the Chev six cylinder was particular exceptionally bulletproof and served in many different cars, bakkies etc from the Chev
brand ..eg,Kommando, Constantia, the Chev 4100 series, El camino,Opel, C10, C30 and many many more. Not only in the RSA, but globally.
Yes , those were the days !

It appears to be available in a two-door version, overseas. This one is fitted with a non-standard Opel Omega 3.0 straight six engine, similar to the one in the Opel Lotus Omega.
