Car insurance

Just need some advice if possible. I brought back my wife's Mini in a container with our household stuff. Currently it is on British plates, untill I have time later in the year to do the registration.
Santam cannot insure the car….
Can anyone point me to an insurance company that can insure the car as it is for the moment.
Must say I find it very strange that they cannot insure it on foreign plates

Have you trie MUA? They specialize in classic car insurance.
