More sad news

Post by hitlers revenge » Mon 18 Jul 2016, 11:58

Our Fellow Motoring Icon, Gugu Zulu, has died while climbing Mount Everest this morning.

He was apparently tackling day 3 of the climb with his wife when tradegy struck.

It seems he had a bit of flu and then struggled with his breathing.

See News24.

Very sad news, he was such a good guy. He did a tv feature on my brother's Toyota TRD and my dad's Fiat Abarth for Ignition tv. Such a cool guy. RIP Gugu.

Known him for 9 years. Humble, friendly, superb guy. i was quite torn yesterday when i heard of this. I still remember him calling me out the blue on my 30th birthday 9 years ago. No man, it's just sad.

Very sad indeed. Always enjoyed his track reviews on Ignition. Came across as a cool, down to earth guy. RIP
