Sorting timing and carb on V8 in JHB

Hi Guys

Who would you recommend using to sort the timing and carb on my Chevelle in JHB area.

Nothing wrong with it but I'm keen to just fine tune her a bit.
Hang on, saw this in a cartoon, I think I can pull it off.
