So, now that I have a '73 Ranchero 351 v8, I am interested in knowing a bit more about these...
How many 351 v8 Rancheros were produced here in SA?
How many are still on the roads?
How many 302 v8 Rancheros were produced here?

I have gone through the forum, but don't think anybody touched on these questions...

Well I am going to be controversial and say I doubt any of the 73's were originally 351's I speak under correction though. Based on what I know all were 302c though lots acquired 351's during their lives.

Correct! No Ranchero ever had a 351C from factory. I had 20 or more!
No problem as I can make a 302C with same firing order as the 351C run away from a 351C. No magic. Stromberg 2 barrel carburetor and all.
Rassie.
