I'm doing it myself Doc.

I got books
I got manuals
I got a gear box stand
I got tools
Ive got the clutch and steels kit (chinese)

and Ive got a next door neighbour who is a gearbox engineer.

And Ive got good info on how to set the TV cable (which is critical)

When you've muscled up the bravado to split it wide open, I got the factory manual for that thing if you need any additional info, hell I even got the little rear "TRIMATIC" badge too off a car that my old man replaced one to a THM when he used to overhaul these things, At one stage he was doing one a night in the garage after work, "terrible boxes, great for making extra cash" he used to mutter. I can say continued exposure to ATF really buggers up your hands :(

Cheers

I think we moved on from a Trimatic (which we all agree is a POS) and are discussing a 700R4 box
