Changing car colour

Post by Johann65 » Fri 27 May 2016, 17:01

I want to change the Colour of the Opel :? Is there a problem with a de-registered car?
Here is the colour scheme  Just like my Malibu but with Hockenheim mags! :D

That is a beautiful two tone combination with the white roof.
Is the red is a "candy apple" ?

I am not a big fan of white cars although my daily driver is a white car but this is merely for practical reasons. But because the colour is so practical with the South African sun every car on the SA road is white.
Therefore I believe you can't go wrong by changing your Record to this colour scheme, I will boost value for sure!

colour change should be an easier change on the document of the car then the mission you have just getting it on your name (but don't quote me on that since I have never done a colour change registration before) Surely some members on here have done that

registering a colour change doesn't cost anything extra, besides the transaction admin fee

That's a good looking car! on the other picture you shared the sunlight made it look like a candy apple but here the red does look a bit different

Since I am a 'kaaskop' I'll give you an answer... I'll still do it english though rather then dutch :)

The jetten route with the black on the Hood does give it that rally/racing look

The red gives the car a more classy and refined look, although i like the red n your malibu better as the red in this picture.

Cost wise, since you car has the white colour already it is probably better to stay white, since to do a colour change to only proper way of doing it is to strip the car entirely.

I have been thinking all night 8O The decision is to keep it original as manufactured (All White) No Jetten or stripes, I have a friend James Ngubeni who owns a paint shop! :D He did the Malibu and the Kommando! the Sensible route :?:
