Compomotive J8x13 - a real battle to find decent tyres

As for colour .. probably back to Peri Peri (semi) original.

It looks very nice on the pics. When are you planning to get the exterior restored?

Just as soon as I find someone to do it..

Ive been 1/2 looking around, but nobody has really recommended anybody (hint)
Most of the places Ive tried are the more modern dent repairers, rather than allover reconditioners.. J1 suggested PMC ? I have spoken briefly with them, but still need to get out there to look at their set up. Another recomendation was "Oom Sybie" in Brakpan ?

Those wheels are great - The escort boys may be able to tell you where to get tyres. Great that you are planning to go back to red!

Hope you find a good restorer - guys on here will help.

I love the colour scheme, not orginal but looks really good....the wheels well I wouldnt mind a set of those but the steering must be very, very heavy as those front tyres looks a lot wider that 205....or maybe I am seeing things!

Very good looking car.

Wait not for tomorrow to do what can be done today, live each day for one knows not what the next day may hold.

A lot of people seem to like the black.... Black I dont mind, its the gold that I hate.. have been toying with going silver (looks a bit more 70's) , to match this look.

As for the tyres 215's, which as i said before is impossible to replace, and with the smaller steering wheel.. yes I dont need to go to Gym.. ;)
