Ford Consul 1972 Fastback 2.9 V6 Scorpio engine, thermostat location

Hello everybody! I m the owner of a Ford Consul Fastback from 1972 with a 2.9 v6 engine, the engine its swap from injection to Weber 40 40 Dfav carburateur, i m still working at it, any advices are welcome, thank you. I have a thermostat problem, i don t know where to put it. Help!
