I'm not sure if you have heard of Wayne Stockman in NZ, he has made some replica Perana steering wheels that were modelled off my own Perana steering wheel so are just like the real thing.
I don't know if he has any left but you might want to get in touch with him. He is on Facebook on the Perana Owners group, probably the best place to get in touch with him.
