I,ve been out of the country for 10 years now but I bought similar spacers from a carb specialist in Pinetown, just can't remember their name, maybe a check in yellow pages will help.

Hullo Rassie,
Get hold of Aluminium or Mild steel and have it machined on a Boring-mill. Not difficult to make
Other option is to make a casting at your local foundry. If I remember there is one in Isipingo
