It is a Mazda (Holden Statesman) with a rotary engine built by Mazda and is a classic case of Badge Engineering. Made about 1974?

I always go past Meyerton when i am in Johies...cannot help myself going to TOY TRAIN....its SA's most amazing toy shop!, they have 1000's and 1000's of scale model cars.
