Edelbrock performer rpm package works well. Cam kit,cylinder heads and matching air gap intake should get you to 400 hp.

Congratulations. I have just seen your car being offloaded (over the road from my office), met your wife and heard the car run. Sounds sweet. I'm guessing that there is a high stall converter in there.
I owned an almost identical car with a big block in it.

nice car....keep an eye on those hood hinges.....they have a reputation of folding under the weight of the bonnet....
