Albie's Introduction.

Post by albiekreef » Tue 05 Apr 2016, 22:11

Right....I live in a small town in the northern cape and I am a pump attendant at our local garage. Not completely the ideal job for a car enthusiast but close enough hey. Currently drive a 1987 Ford Sierra 2.0.....nothing much done to it yet except for mags and tyres, added a digital rev counter as mine went south.

Got a whole list of stuff I want to do to it, but have to take it one thing at a time as I need to buy the stuff as I have a bit of cash saved from time to time. Kind of got a picture of what I want, but I like doing proper homework and research prior to anything I do. That is why I am looking for an easy to fit with little modification needed caliper brake system for front and rear that will fill the 17" mags nicely. Okay enough babble for now.....

I will be checking out these forums as they are very informative and everyone seems flippen nice and helpful.

Waiting to get chatting with you all.

Thanks for the warm welcome Ters.

Dankie dat julle almal my klaar so tuis laat voel hier.

Thans a lot....will shout if I need something. At this moment the only thing bugging me is to find bigger front and rear brake calipers and discs that will not require huge modifications to fit...need something that will fill a 17'' rim nicely. Once I figured that out I can move to the next step.

Will keep you guys posted.
