With sadness in our heart we have to tell everyone that Jan Els from Speedweek passed away this morning. All our love to the Els Family in this time. He was a great man with passion to spare. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jan on a few occasions at Haakskeenpan and always enjoyed the banter about the logistics of running an event of this magnitude so far away from support towns . RIP Jan .
