Hi folks

Anyone familiar with the Factory Five 818 kit cars?

Factory Five is an American company, and generally more famous for their Cobra and Daytona coupe replica kit cars, but they also produce this 818 model. It is a tube-frame, composite body, mid-engined, rear wheel drive, 2-seater sports car based on Subaru Impreza drivetrain and running gear, weighing in a 818kg. Available as a roadster or coupe.

Pretty cool alternative to a Lotus 7 replica, wouldn't you say?

been to factory 5 a few years ago - nice bunch of guys. You can do business with them....straight up honest people
RACECAR spelt backwards spells RACECAR.....

From what I have read on forums over the years, I have to agree with Gunter. They have been around for a long time and seem to keep their customers happy.
