Looks decent.
What do all of you think about the right hand drive conversions on these vehicles? Should it be done (properly) or should the vehicles be kept left hand drive? (not talking about 100% authentic restoration projects)

Re: 1973 Mustang
At least R100k over priced in my opinion. I think the conversion makes the car much more usable in SA so its a positive.....if done properly.JR7800 wrote: ↑Mon 19 Feb 2018, 20:35https://www.junkmail.co.za/classic-cars ... 2a942256ce#

Re: 1973 Mustang
If it was converted it was a ‘recent’ import. So not by choice but by law.
The Mustang 1st Gen is probably the easiest car to convert due to the Dash symmetry.
1973 was my Birth year, sadly post 71 there are not many Musclecars I like.... and in 71 there’s only 2 or 3

Re: 1973 Mustang
Personally, I feel doing a RHD conversion on a classic is bastardising it. Of course, it is more ‘practical’ but I have driven LHDs on our roads and don’t feel like I’m taking any chances iro safety - I actually have to think hard if I have ever heard of a confirmed accident caused by a classic LHD.
Re: 1973 Mustang
It's not a recent import and it's too expensive .... Guys in Jhb are licensing lhd cars all the time ...
