Dual weber - downdraft - setup wanted for ford V6. As complete as possible. Was this the interceptor configuration??

The interceptor had triple carbs. The twin carb manifold you can get from Roland manifolds in cpt.

Had a look at the Roland website. Picture on there is scary - manifold quality looks to be under par. VW forum reckons to stay away from them. Burton power in UK has got a nice setup but ZAR/GBP exchange rate ruled that out very quickly.

I have seen a few roland manifolds and the quality is ok, they are well experienced with Ford V6's.

Interceptor kit is pricey. You also get the xocet/Holley carb with muscle intake as well the ego set up.

If you looking to spice up a pretty standard 3l v6, go with the dual carbs (the Roland manifolds are tried and tested) a good alternative is the single 4 barrel Holley as found on the Xocet. (the Xocet made more power than the Interceptor with its triple carbs)
The triple carbs was not very well thought out, they never work well on a standard 3l, but, they CAN work well on a big bore stroker v6...
back in the day I used to run against Interceptors with my Cortina Xle (with twin carbs and branches) don't think any interceptor crossed the line within 4 cars lengths behind me.
