RIP in Rassie.

Rassie was one of the members who has pretty much been on the forum since day 1 and has been an invaluable contributor to the forum not to mention always shared his expertise freely with anyone who needed Ford help (though he would from time to time indulge Chev owners).

Unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to meet Rassie in person but I did share a few PM's with him and his enthusiasm for Ford V8's was reflected in the way he communicated.

As one of the "younger" generation I admired the fact Rassie got to live the V8 dream in the heyday of the Fairmont GT, Mustang and owned various examples of those, even drag racing examples of each.

RIP Rassie, I hope there is a Mustang Boss 429 waiting for you to wheelspin!

Wait not for tomorrow to do what can be done today, live each day for one knows not what the next day may hold.

So sad. Rassie was a fighter. A gentleman. Met him in 2014 had a nice visit to his emporium. A great loss to the muscle car fraternity. Condolences to all family

This is very bad and sad news. I had contact with him over many years. Not in person but telephonic e-mails etc.

Extremely helpful.

Rassie lived for his V8 vehicles, and his family. But he suffered from bad health for a period of time.

Julle ken my nie maar my innige simpatie aan sy vrou en kinders. Ons almal dink aan u.

Sterkte

Johan
